CJCC conducts several exchange programs as the Center bridging Japan and Cambodia.

CJCC tries to foster a cultural exchange and mutual understandings between Japan and Cambodia by conducting several events and activities, such as: a seminar about Japanese and Cambodian society and culture: an exhibition, introducing Japanese traditional festivals and events, such as "Hina Matsuri (Doll Festival)", "Kodomo no Hi (Children's Day)", "Otsukimi (a moon viewing party)", Internet live connecting Japan with Cambodia, cooking class of Japanese and Cambodian cuisine, and tea ceremony.
