Sophia University Study Tour at CJCC |
On September 3, 2008, Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) received the study tour visit organized by Sophia University. This is the 2nd time that the University has sent their students to this Center, starting from last year. As requested by the University, we prepared culture exchange program and group discussion by inviting some students who are studying Japanese at the Center to join the program with Japanese students.
On that day, Cambodian students, who had been taught Khmer salutation manners, traditional dance and game from our exchange program section performed the above Khmer culture introduction to Japanese students. From the study tour group, the students performed Shodo (Calligraphy), Japanese song to Cambodian students in return.
After the culture exchange session, we also arranged Group Discussion with the theme “Let’s talk with Japanese students, using Japanese language.” During this 40 minutes discussion, both parties enjoy talking, asking one another about their university, university life and etc.
