Secrets Behind Japanese Company's Successful Workplace: 5S & Kaizen Basic Principle of Japanese Production Management
Dr. Mitsuji SUGIMURA, President and CEO, SUMMIT Lab. Inc.
Japanese company and industry has been the benchmark of competitiveness around the world in terms of its high quality,
low cost products, and on time delivery through the effective use of machinery, equipment,
and people based on the daily improvement of production efficiency and effectiveness.
Dr. Mitsuji SUGIMURA will introduce the "5S & Kaizen" concept and techniques, which are the secrets behind the

before and after implementing "5S & Kaizen" from the viewpoint of manufacturing technology which is the forte of Japan.
