Japanese company and industry has been the benchmark of competitiveness around the world in terms of its high quality, low cost products, and on time delivery through the effective use of machinery, equipment, and people based on the daily improvement of production efficiency and effectiveness.
Mr. INOUE will introduce the main concepts and techniques, which are the secrets behind the competitiveness of Japanese production and company’s successes. Many pictures of workplace before and after implementing the above concepts will be presented.

Mr. INOUE is the Director for Technical Cooperation of the International Department of JPC-SED(Japan Productivity Center for Socio-Economic Development). He is a specialized trainer on Management and Development. Through his career as a consultant he provides consultancy services to many local business enterprises on productivity improvement and management and works as international cooperation expert for international organizations like World Bank, United Nations, ILO, Organization of American States, ESCAP, Asian productivity Organization, and JICA.
