This statistic course is designed to equip participants a set of techniques of statistical analysis, which will be used for a much better decision making for daily business operation. At the end of the course, participants will feel more confident and will never feel cheated by the numbers.

  • Mean, Variance and Standard Deviation of Average and Monthly Fluctuation of Your Sales and Production
  • Dependent t-test and Independent t-test of past customer satisfaction of yours and the rival
  • Regression with the time-series data How much was the REAL effect of your new sales campaign? How much was the REAL effect of your new sales campaign? Calculate the effect by comparing with your rival groups (Regression with the cross-section data)
  • Detect the special factors influencing your sales and explore the invisible structure behind the market.
    (Structural equation modeling using SPSS AMOS).

Dr. Ryoh SASAKI is a professor of Graduate School of Social Design Study, Rikkyo (Saint Paul’s) University, Japan and a senior researcher of International Development Center of Japan (IDCJ). Dr. Ryoh SASAKI was a graduate of Western Michigan University, USA. He has years of experience in research and evaluation for various projects.

This course will be held in an interactive way and easy step-by-step instruction which will enable participant to catch up with the course well. The course will be conducted in English. Only 25 participants are accepted (First Come First Serve). Materials, certificate of attendance, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided. Special 20% discount for the first 20 registered participants.
