By Mr. Shibanuma Akira, JICA Expert (Statistics and Project Coordination)
The speaker, Mr. Shibanuma, is an expert in JICA Project on Improving Official Statistics in Cambodia and he is the associate chief consultant of ICONS International Cooperation Agency, Tokyo, and the research fellow of Japan Statistical Association. He has been working as a consultant in Public Policy Management and Reform for Accenture Ltd from 1998-2005. He graduated from Keio University majored in economic policy of Asian countries.
