Experienced management consultants are coming from Japan to provide useful management diagnosis (consultation) and technical instruction for Cambodian companies.
Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is pleased to announce the special Management Consulting and Technical Instruction Services to Cambodian business owners / directors, who seek management diagnosis / consultation to innovate, improve or expands the company’s business and management.
For this purpose CJCC will invite 2 internationally experienced senior management consultants from Japan. The services are provided to individual company with some interview to key persons in the company’s office (or factory), discussions of key issues and recommendations or advice with a brief report.
Management consulting aims at overall business management diagnosis (financial performance evaluation, SWOT analysis, etc.).
Technical instruction focuses on production/manufacturing process [quality control, Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, 5S, etc.].
It is seldom that you can have such an advantageous opportunity for objective review of your management ways and receive practical advice or idea to improve them. CJCC will select about 5-6 companies among applicants who submit a brief application form available from the CJCC-HRD Course office or click here to download. The activity will be held in November 2008 and takes about a few days per company.
The consulting fee starts from US$200 to US$500 (Based on selection criteria) for standard management diagnosis and consulting service. This is a special discount price as CJCC can perform it as one of the assistance program of HRD corporate management course.
