Corporate Management Course
Overview:
The corporate management course provides practical knowledge regarding basic functions of management. The course allows participants to explore their major interests by selectively attending lectures. Participants can select more than one subject-course according to individual interests.
Target:
Business owner, manager, middle level manager of private firms, NGOs and public enterprises.

Dates and Time:
8 sessions for subject 1-7 except subject5, 5sessions, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 5:50 pm- 8:30 pm, followed by Q&A hours (plus advices on management issues) on Monday and Tuesday the following week (upon request)
Number of Participants:
35 per subject-course (application form selection if necessary)
Certificate:
A subject-course certificate for sufficient attendance and examination scores and a course certificate if seven subjects are finished within coming three years.
Cost and Facilities:
US$35 per subject; US$200 for the entire seven subject-courses. Experienced Japanese lecturers will provide practical lectures, case studies and exercises, with consecutive Khmer-English interpretation at CJCC. In Q&A sessions at CJCC, participants can seek for personal advices regarding individual management-related problems at work. Text book, materials, and certificate will be provided by CJCC.
Orientation:Saturday, 31st May 2008 (9:00-10:30 a.m.). Orientation of the Corporate Management, Entrepreneurship course and consulting service will be held atCambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC).
