Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is commonly described as the activity aligning a company's activities with the social, economic and environmental expectations of the stakeholders. However, for years, the image of business enterprises working hard to make the world a better place in terms of socio econmic and environmental protection is often just an image and business enterprises tends to focus on financial performance and neglect this CSR program effort wherever their operation is.
