This restaurant business management course is designed to equip participants a set of techniques to understand about restaurant business management to successfully manage the daily operation from the perspective of marketing and strategy.
Training Contents:
Knowledge of restaurant Business: Domain, Concept, and vision
Target: Existing restaurant owner, manager, supervisor, and prospective restaurant business investor.
Free Consultation (after in-class lecture) for existing restaurant owner registered for this class. This course will be conducted in English in an interactive way and step-by-step instruction which will enable participant to catch up with the course well. Only 20 participants are accepted (First Come First Serve).
