Linking Staff Management with Corporate Goal

This course aims at showing how to develop a human resource management system that supports company’s strategic aims. Based on lecture and exercise, we will learn how to formulate and execute human resource policies and practices that produce the employee competencies and behaviors the company needs to achieve the goal.

Course covers several topics such as Mission & Vision designing, Strategy Map, and Management by Objectives.

Registration: A maximum of THIRTY FIVE (35) participants (subject to application form selection if necessary). The training will be conducted in English.
