The HRD course has begun in the year, 2005. All of this course lectures have been conducted in the CJCC. The classes of the Entrepreneurship and Corporate Management Courses have been taken in the CJCC seminar rooms. The Business Seminars have been opened in the CJCC multi-purpose hall.
However, Japanese lecturers went to the Cambodia Institute of Banking (CIB), training center of the bankers, to give their lectures on November 27, 28 and 29, 2006. Upon request of the Association of Bankers in Cambodia (ABC), the lecturers, Mr.Yasunaga and Mr. Kuroda explained about the financial management and investment analysis to forty-two (42) bankers in the CIB.
The objective of this training is to enable the bankers to understand management situation of their borrowers. Industry sectors could develop their business with investment and operation fund from financial sectors. This training would aim to contribute to the development of the industry sectors with increase of the fund from the financial companies. Some of the attendants said "we would like to learn more about the credit/ financial analysis.", "we want to know a credit analysis manner of family business entities." and others.

Mr. Vann Tho, the Vice President and Deputy Head of Credit Analysis Division, ACLEDA Bank, came to the CJCC on December 6, 2006, to give a lecture on the credit analysis procedure and loan conditions including lending term, interest and repayment. The attendants in this lecture were those in the "Entrepreneurship course" and "Corporate management course." These attendants gave many questions: "how many days does it take to make a decision to give a loan?", "how do you guarantee not to disclose the secret information you get from business plans?" and others. This lecture could deepen the relationship between the banks and entrepreneurs/ managers to generate new works financed by the banks.
