The program is designed with the purpose of helping to solve daily operation al problem of our client especially the top management of the company/enterprise/NGO or Cambodian business owners / directors, who seek management diagnosis / consultation to innovate, improve or expands the company’s business operation. Particularly, CJCC invites 2-3 internationally experienced senior management consultants from Japan as well as assistant consultant from Cambodia. The services are provided to individual company with some interview to key persons in the company’s office (or factory), discussions of key issues and recommendations or advice with a brief report on two different areas: Management consulting aims at overall business management diagnosis (financial performance evaluation, SWOT analysis, etc.).Technical instruction focuses on production/manufacturing process [quality control, Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, 5S, etc.].
