CJCC Banner Advertisement Policy and Specification Agreement
The following is the general advertising policy and specification Agreement that governs all
Banner Advertising on the CJCC web site(the "Agreement"). The Agreement may change from time to time, and without notice,
except with regard to monthly price and term. Customer agrees that it is Customer's responsibility to check
the Agreement prior to submission and during its use to ensure that you have read and understood all applicable terms and conditions.
By submitting a Banner Advertisement to publication on the CJCC website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement
and acknowledge that the agreement is binding between you (the "Customer") and CJCC.
Specifications for Banner Advertising
All Banner Advertisement must be complete and ready to upload and comply with the following specifications:
Width of Banner Advertising: 128 pixels
Height of Banner Advertising: 96 pixels
Maximum File Size: 30 K
Acceptable Formats for Banner Advertising:
JPEG (.jpg format)
GIF or Animated GIF (.gif format)

Ad Submission Schedule, Payment and Guidelines:
All Banner Advertisement must comply with the following:
All Banner Advertisements must be paid for, in full, prior to placement.
Monthly payments must be received by the 15th day of the Month prior to the month in which Banner Advertisement will be displayed.
Advertising Rules, Standard Terms and Conditions:
All Banner Advertisement must comply with the following:
All advertisement must be clearly distinguishable from CJCC content to avoid any confusion between advertising and CJCC content.
CJCC will have the sole discretion for determining what type of advertising will be accepted.
Under no circumstance should acceptance of Banner Advertising be considered an endorsement of
the services and/or products advertised. Customer agrees not to verbally claim such endorsement
or state or suggest such endorsement in any of its marketing or promotional materials.
Customer agrees to respect and adhere to CJCC current Privacy Policy (which may be amended from
time to time without notice), and shall not attempt to individually identify users or obtain
unauthorized access to proprietary and/or confidential information about CJCC members
Customer may request a specific location for its Banner Advertisement on the website, if desired.
CJCC will attempt to fulfill all requests on a first-come, first server basis.
However, CJCC retain the exclusive rights to assign or reassign the location and placement of all Banner Advertisements.
CJCC reserves the rights to reject, cancel and/or remove any advertisement from its website at any time,
for any reason, and will notify Customer and provide an explanation to the Customer following such action.
Customer agrees that it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that
all advertising complies with all applicable local, state, national and/or foreign laws.
Customer promises and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CJCC from and against all losses, allegations, claims,
expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), suits, damages, costs, demands, or liabilities,
arising from any and all claims and/or allegations relating to or resulting from placement of Banner Advertisements,
and/or any other services provided for, or as a result of, this agreement.
Customer agrees that CJCC is not responsible for interruptions Banner Advertisement service for any reason,
and further agrees that the extend of CJCC's responsibility with respect to interruptions and
discontinued service is to provide reasonable inquiry into the interruption or discontinuance
and request the restoration of service from the appropriate party, if appropriate.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision,
statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and remain in full force.
This Agreement is non-transferable and shall be governed by the laws of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
