Human Resource Development (HRD) Course of CJCC mainly aims at providing practical training courses to management and employees of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs), government officer, and those who are interested in upgrading their Business Management Skills, development of enterprises and businesses competitiveness to compete successfully in global free-market economy through Japanese management style and experiences. In the training programs offer by HRD course, participants can learn practical expertise necessary in business management and operation to continuously building and keeping competitive advantage over rivals. Besides we also aim at providing lectures to upgrade knowledge, know-how, and skills for lecturers, students, staffs of NGOs, government civil servant and the public.

Customized Corporate Training Course 

In order to help improve and accelerate the competitiveness and efficiency of the company/enterprise/NGO, HRD course of CJCC is now offering the extra customized curriculum and tailor made training programs for specific need of our clients in management, organizational issues, and daily operation, etc. We are waiting to serve our client need at any time of the year and better equipped to meet the demand of specific training need from this year 2009. 

Business seminar series: 

CJCC-HRD course has been holding business seminar series on some specific topics in order to provide participants big picture of the world, fresh information, knowledge, know-how and new insight in short-term. We conducted some lectures on the topics related to present condition of economy, business management, finance, etc. in Cambodia targeted government officers, entrepreneurs, directors and managers of companies, lecturers, students, and the public.  In the Business Seminar Series, we intend to pick up issues that meet Cambodian SMEs and enterprise’s business management pressing needs in strengthening its competitiveness, efficiency, and economic foundation, so that participant can get deep understanding and the big picture of the business management issues to learn new idea and concept and some of the best technique available for future improvement. 

Entrepreneurship Course:

The course aims to inspire and equip those who wish to start up business with highly focused entrepreneurial curriculum in term of knowledge, know-how and skills necessary to create a business idea and bring it into reality, formulate a business plan as a complete scenario for competitive and successful start up.

Corporate Management Course

The course aims at providing practical knowledge, know-how, and skills regarding basic functions of modern plus specific case studies on general management of small and medium-sized enterprise. This course aims at enhancing Cambodian companies to reach another higher level of competitiveness and transferring from individual family management system to sound and systematic management. Participants will be able to get practical know-how of management strategy, management planning, marketing, production control, human resource management, accounting, etc.  

Management Dianostic and Consulting Service 

The program is designed with the purpose of helping to solve daily operation al problem of our client especially the top management of the company/enterprise/NGO or Cambodian business owners / directors, who seek management diagnosis / consultation to innovate, improve or expands the company’s business operation. Particularly, CJCC invites 2-3 internationally experienced senior management consultants from Japan as well as assistant consultant from Cambodia. The services are provided to individual company with some interview to key persons in the company’s office (or factory), discussions of key issues and recommendations or advice with a brief report on two different areas: Management consulting aims at overall business management diagnosis (financial performance evaluation, SWOT analysis, etc.).  Technical instruction focuses on production/manufacturing process [quality control, Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, 5S, etc.]. 

Research and Publication 

To support the development of industries in Cambodia, CJCC HRD Course is planning to conduct researches on various topics and during this fiscal year we are planning to conduct research related to Food-Processing Industry, which would be one of the most promising industries in Cambodia in the near future.  CJCC is going to carry out the research on the current situation of food-processing industry and to introduce the result of the research to the public. This research contributes to analyze the opportunities critical to the success of Cambodia food-processing industry.
