The 7th JICA Net seminar on “Building Your Successful Life through Self-Motivation” was held on November 24, 2011 at CJCC Angkor-Kizuna Hall (multi-purpose hall). This seminar is presented by Mr. Khim Sok Heng, a well-known Human Development Trainer and Motivational Speaker, Human-Earth Development Center International, Cambodia.

The seminar covered the following contents:

• Self-Motivation: Why? What? And How?
• Why self-motivation is important to high achievers
• What motivate people
• Self-motivation strategies and techniques
• Common problems that stops people from being motivated
• How to motivate yourself
• Maintain your self-motivation
• Life development mentoring for success

There were 123 participants in the seminar. The seminar was highly evaluated by our participants who responded to the questionnaire.
