"Project Monitoring and Evaluation" is one of the important processes in project management. It is the process of collecting information based on indicators defined through proper planning and analyzing them with additional information about the project. Additionally, it tells you whether you are on track to reach your objectives during implementation and suggests the ways for proper performance in case of facing any sorts of unexpected obstacles.

The purposes of this course are to provide proper knowledge about monitoring and evaluation and introduce cases which can be applicable to your activities.

Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) organizes a business study tour to Bangkok, Thailand, from 26-29 February 2012. During the tour, you will have opportunities not only for experiencing manufacturing processes and business management concepts but also for networking and building relationship with those companies after the tour. We will visit Japanese manufacturing companies including food processing, clutch assembly parts for motorbikes, freight forwarding and logistics service, and food processing company.
