Culture Class covers Khmer and Japanese cooking class, and Japanese flower arrangement class.
Cooking class is also one of Japanese culture, we always got strong support from Japanese volunteers who live in Phnom Penh City to teach students to cook Japanese foods or dessert. For promoting and also sharing their knowledge and experience about Japanese food during they stay here. So, all Japanese who have experience or know about Japanese foods. You can apply to share your interest or skill to our Cambodia students by our culture class.
Tea Ceremony is a Japanese Culture which is popular among Japanese people. At CJCC, we provide a short culture class of this ceremony for public and student to join and learn together. Participants who attend this class would learn Japanese hospitality as lifelong habit and about the step of Tea Ceremony.
Japanese flower arrangement class, one of culture regular classes, is normally conducted in the early August. This class is taught by the Japanese and Cambodian lecturers who have experience in the art of flower arrangement. After class, participants would have a chance to be the specialist of arranging the flower in Japanese style.
