Culture Class covers Khmer and Japanese cooking class, and Japanese flower arrangement class.
Khmer & Japanese Cooking Class is also one of our culture regular courses. Many Japanese and Cambodian cuisines are taught by the expert of CJCC’s staff. This course is normally conducted in the early of September at every weekend.
Tea Ceremony is a Japanese Culture which is popular among Japanese people. At CJCC, we provide a short culture class of this ceremony for public and student to join and learn together. Participants who attend this class would learn Japanese hospitality as lifelong habit and about the step of Tea Ceremony.
Japanese flower arrangement class, one of culture regular classes, is normally conducted in the early August. This class is taught by the Japanese and Cambodian lecturers who have experience in the art of flower arrangement. After class, participants would have a chance to be the specialist of arranging the flower in Japanese style.
