Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program. CJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill positions of Administration Staff.

Position: Administration Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Draft formal and informal correspondence
  • Control fixed asset and stationery including other consumables
  • Facilitate meetings and take minute if required, guests and events
  • Perform general administration of CJCC
  • Perform tasks requested by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or other related fields
  • Two-year experiences in administration or office management
  • Knowledge of fixed asset and stationery management
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Good command in using English
  • Good in communication
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility

Salary: Based on qualifications and experiences

Position: Event Planning Intern – Part-Time (3 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Event planning management
  • Classify, arrange, and organize events
  • Creative idea
  • Perform tasks requested by the team leader

Requirements: 

  • Pursuing year 2 to year 4 of bachelor degree
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Good in communication, general knowledge plus creativity, teamwork, flexible, and problem solving
  • Good command in using English, Japanese is a plus
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (MS Words and MS Excel)
  • Able to use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (if applicable)

Transportation fee: USD50 per month

Internship period: November 2019 – March 2020 (5 months)

1. Graphic Design & PR Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, update and maintain the website of CJBI (Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment)
  • Promote PR activities in business service and networking
  • Design and control PR tools and materials including Social Media
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, media & communication or field of graphic design
  • Be creative and understand the PR/marketing mechanisms of advertising
  • Knowledge of website designing, Social Media, Microsoft Offices, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applications
  • Basic understanding of online & offline marketing concepts
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Good command in using English; Japanese is a plus

2. Business Training Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance business training services
  • Involve in the planning of business courses
  • Assist in the course administration
  • Assist and support trainer to conduct training courses
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements: 

  • University graduates majoring in Business Management and/or Education
  • Two-years working experience at any training institution
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of English for communication

3. Japanese Language Course Coordinator – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Japanese language course
  • Lecture Japanese language course
  • Assist in event planning, budget planning, and reports making
  • Assist to conduct educational events
  • Supervise the Japanese language course administration staff
  • Assist the Deputy Manager to achieve department and CJCC goals
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements: 

  • University graduates majoring in Business Administration, Business Management and/or Education. MBA degree is preferable
  • Two-years working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Good command in using English and Japanese

4. Japanese Language Course Admin Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Japanese language course administration tasks
  • Assist to conduct educational events
  • Assist in financial activities of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
  • Assist in making reports
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements: 

  • University graduates majoring in Business Administration, Business Management and/or Education
  • One-years working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Good command in using English
