Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program. CJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill positions as below.

1. Position: Business Service and Networking Staff

• Seek and expand partnership and membership among Cambodian and Japanese business people.
• Do administrative tasks such as writing; dealing with telephone and email inquiries;
• Create and maintain filing systems.
• Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes.
• Keep diaries and arrange appointments.
• Maintain and update the networking activity data.
• Assist in coordinating networking activities.
• Keep records all of Cambodia-Japan Association for Business and Investment (CJBI) financial transactions into Data Entry, such as deferred income and prepaid expenses based on the accrual basis of QuickBooks accounting system.
• Control and follow up account receivable and account payable.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Control cash flow (income and expense).
• Report to Business Service and Networking Coordinator and Deputy Manager.
• Perform other tasks requested by the management.

• Bachelor Degree or above in business administration and any related fields.
• Hands-on experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 2-year experience in administration and related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English (Japanese is a plus).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Good at communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility.

2. Service Sales Staff (Full Time)
• Perform cashier role of daily cash management, cash control (cash in and out).
• Prepare monthly report: Profit-loss statement, control cash on hand.
• Provide good and convenient customer service.
• Implement tasks required by restaurant coordinator.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.
• Daily sales, welcoming customers and taking orders.
• Perform tasks requested by Management.

- Bachelor or associate degree in the field of accounting or equivalence.
- One year experience related to above position.
- High responsibility, strong motivation and good attitude.
- Good at customer care, communication and problem solving.
- Good command of English and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

3. Service Sales Staff (Part Time)
• Provide good and convenient customer service.
• Implement tasks required by restaurant coordinator.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene.
• Daily sales, welcoming customers and taking orders.
• Perform tasks requested by Management

- Associate degree or equivalence in the field of sales or customer service.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and dealing with customers.
- Good at customer care, communication and problem solving.
- Command of English communication and knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.

4. Event planning Intern
• Classify, arrange and coordinate event
• Create new ideas for each event
• Manage event and planning
• Perform tasks requested by Kizuna festival leader

- Strong motivation, good attitude and high responsibility
- Good at communication, general knowledge plus creativity, respect teamwork, flexible and quick problem-solving
- Fluent knowledge of Khmer language, English is a plus and Japanese is encouragement
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office & Excel Office
