It creates a place for companies to recruit Cambodian staff. In order to assist companies in dealing with a high employee turn-over, we offer a matching place for companies and Cambodian job seekers to meet with the below 3-in-1 package services:
a) Booth session is to allow job seekers and the companies to meet and talk directly and if the job seekers wish to apply for vacancies, they can hand over CV on the spot.
b) Presentation session is to let companies introduce themselves to job seekers, so the job seekers could get to know more and apply for the positions offered by the companies in which they are interested.
c) Interview session is to provide places for companies to interview job seekers who bring CVs to apply for vacancies on the day of the fair.
The fair is conducted 2 times per year (July and December). It is an event that is organized by CJCC and co-organized by Japanese Business Association in Cambodia (JBAC) and Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment (CJBI). However, Institute of Foreign Languages, Department of Japanese Language is also a co-organizer of the fair in June. In 2014, job fairs provided approximately 200 vacancies from 49 companies to approximately 1,000 job seekers including repeaters.
