As part of our efforts to support Cambodian students aiming to pursue higher education in Japan, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), in collaboration with the Global Network Project to Promote Study in Japan (ASEAN)/Okayama University, organized the “Study-in-Japan Fair 2024.”
The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is offering an "Entrepreneurship Course," a five-month program designed to support entrepreneurs and business owners in Phnom Penh in strengthening their entrepreneurial skills.
In a significant step towards enhancing economic ties and cross-border business opportunities, Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC), the Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment (CJBI), Hattha Bank, and MUFG Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Term of each course : 28th October, 2024 - End of March, 2025 Registration deadline : 27th September 2024 Length of 1 class: 90 minutes (Kids class: 60 minutes)
Congratulations on the 20th anniversary of the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC). Over the past 20 years, CJCC has played a crucial role in contributing to human capital development in Cambodia through programs focused on business and human resources development, nurturing the Japanese language, and fostering cultural exchange between Cambodian and Japan in the citizen level.
On July 29, 2024, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) organized a certificate awarding ceremony for 23 JDS scholarship students who completed a four-week Japanese language course at CJCC.
On June 14, 2024, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) organized a certificate awarding ceremony for 216 participants who completed the Entrepreneurship Course from the 21st to the 29th batch.
_ The 2nd Japanese Language Proficiency Test is held at Phnom Penh Center only. _ The sale and application period will start from August 6 to August 29, 2024.
Congratulations to Ms. Noun Reachny, a student of Japanese language at Nagoya University, Research and Education Center for Japanese Law, Cambodia (CJL), who won the first part of 26th Japanese Speech Contest in Cambodia under the topic of “Failure is an experience”.
Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) signed an agreement with Aeon Mall Cambodia to collaborate in fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promoting entrepreneurship in Cambodia. This marks the second Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties.

Phnom Penh: The 5th Phnom Penh Nodojiman Competition, a karaoke contest for Japanese expatriates and visitors, was held on Sunday, 30th July 2023 at the Angkor - Kizuna Hall of Cambodia - Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC). The event was organized by the Japan Association of Cambodia (JACAM), supported by the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, the Japanese Business Association of Cambodia (JBAC), the World Association of Overseas Japanese Entrepreneurs (WAOJE), and the CJCC.
