Philosophy Keiei-Jissenjuku Yokohama is one of the branch of Seiwajuku (盛和塾) which provides learning opportunities of Mr. Inamori Kazuo’s business philosophy to business people in Yokohama and Kanagawa area in Japan. Mr. Inamori Kazuo was one of the most well-known Japanese business leaders who founded Kyocera Corporation, KDDI, and also revitalized Japan Airline.

CJCC and CJBI have developed a relationship with Kyocera Corporation and Philosophy Keiei-Jissenjuku Yokohama whose representative, Mr. Hamada, CEO of Ryochi Keiei Co., Ltd, provided a lecture about Mr. Inamori’s business philosophy to us this March.

Since that time, CJCC and CJBI have developed a relationship with Kyocera Corporation and Philosophy Keiei-Jissenjuku Yokohama, and we are going to sign MOUs with Philosophy Keiei-Jissenjuku Yokohama when the representatives from both the company and organization are visiting Cambodia.

In this context, we will organize the MOU Signing Ceremony as well as three sharing sessions given by Mr. Hamada Soichiro, Representative of Philosophy Keiei-Jissenjuku Yokohama and CEO or Ryochi Keiei Co., Ltd, Mr. Ikeda Naruo, Inamori Library Operation Unit, Kyocera Corporation, and H.E. Dr. Mey Kalyan, Chairman of CJBI and Mr. Ieng Sotheara, President of CJBI respectively as follows.

1.What is Mr. Inamori’s business philosophy? Ideas to grow and develop people and organizations (Mr. Ikeda)
2.Practice of Mr. Inamori’s business philosophy (Mr. Hamada)
3.Reflection and sharing after learning about Mr. Inamori’s business philosophy (H.E. Dr. Kalyan and Mr. Sotheara)
