Over the past 20 years, CJCC has played a crucial role in contributing to human capital development in Cambodia through programs focused on business and human resources development, nurturing the Japanese language, and fostering cultural exchange between Cambodian and Japan in the citizen level.
On June 14, 2024, the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) organized a certificate awarding ceremony for 216 participants who completed the Entrepreneurship Course from the 21st to the 29th batch.
Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) signed an agreement with Aeon Mall Cambodia to collaborate in fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promoting entrepreneurship in Cambodia. This marks the second Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties.
The intensive course has been conducted to provide practical skills, knowledge, and know-how as well as to improve business management capabilities of business owners and mid-to-senior management staff to reach a higher level. Currently, we are providing many courses, including strategic management, marketing, human resource management and operation management and so on.
The training is lectured by JICA Experts who have many experiences in business, training and consultation. In addition, professional staff in CJCC and other seasoned external experts provide training as well.
One of the characteristics of CJCC’s intensive training is that we provide practical learning opportunities for participants in an interactive manner with case studies, exercise, group works and discussions. After participating in the CJCC’s intensive training, participants can apply what they have learned from the next day in their business. We usually offer intensive training with the curriculum of 10-15 hours, which allows the participants to learn the subjects substantially to become a professional business person.
