Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is a Cambodia’s governmental organization under the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Foundation (JF) are providing financial and technical cooperation to further develop the center's operation based on the agreement between governments of Cambodia and Japan. CJCC was established in 2004 with the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan through the three main activities of Business Training, Japanese Language Training, and Culture and Exchange Program.

CJCC is now seeking for qualified candidates to fill positions of 1. Renting Service Staff, 2. Entrepreneurship Training Staff3. Assistant to JICA Expert on Entrepreneurship and Business Development, 4. Graphic Design & PR Staff, 5. Japanese Language Course Coordinator, and 6. Receptionist.

 

1. Renting Service Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform room renting and arrangement
  • Deal with various customers related to renting service
  • Develop and improve renting service and supporting services
  • Implement tasks required by the Facilities and Service Department
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or associate degree in business administration or related field
  • One to two years of working experience
  • Excellence in communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in using English and Khmer

Salary: Based on qualifications and experiences plus other benefits

2. Entrepreneurship Training Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of entrepreneurship programs
  • Provide support and facilitation of the alumni activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations related to entrepreneurship development
  • Conduct the analysis of the training evaluation results
  • Upgrade entrepreneurship program, training activities and plans, training programs, materials, and tools, etc.

Requirements:

  • At least one-year working experiences in business skills training, business incubation hubs, business development services (Experience working in one or more of the above-mentioned areas an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree in University or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high sense of responsibility
  • Good command in using English and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking skills under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a small team and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, and creativity
  • Assist the customized courses
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Salary: Around USD 500 - 650 plus other benefits

3. Assistant to JICA Expert on Entrepreneurship and Business Development – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of entrepreneurship programs
  • Provide support and facilitate the alumni activities
  • Upgrade entrepreneurship program, training activities and plans, training programs, materials, and tools, etc.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations related to entrepreneurship development
  • Identify specific training needs and support required for components of entrepreneurship programs
  • Identify needs for start-up packages and non-financial business development services for entrepreneurs and lead the design and implementation of these components
  • Identify gaps and lead the design and delivery of support programs and services for start-ups
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Develop new business and marketing plans in coordination with CJCC directions to achieve revenue goals
  • Assist the customized courses
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • At least three-years working experiences in business skills training, business incubation hubs, business development services (Experience working in one or more of the above-mentioned areas as an asset)

4. Graphic Design & PR Staff – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and execute website of CJBI (Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment)
  • Promote PR activities in business training courses and business service and networking
  • Design and control PR tools and materials
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, media & communication or field of graphic design
  • Be creative and understand the PR/marketing mechanisms of advertising
  • Knowledge of Social Media, Microsoft Offices, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applications
  • Basic understanding of online & offline marketing concepts
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Good command in using English

5. Japanese Language Course Coordinator – Full Time (1 position) Re-announce

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the Japanese language course
  • Assist in event planning, budget planning, and reports making
  • Assist to conduct educational events
  • Supervise the Japanese language course administration staff
  • Assist the Deputy Manager to achieve department and CJCC goals
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management


Requirements:  University graduates majoring in Business Administration, Business Management and/or Education.  Two-years working experience  Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office  Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility  Good command in using English and Japanese

6. Receptionist – Full Time (1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and provide information to guests visiting CJCC
  • Assist in room rental service, preparing water or snack for visiting guests
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in related fields - 1- or 2-year experiences in the field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English or Japanese is a plus
  • Good at communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem solving
  • Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
