Harvest Moon Festival 2019

CJCC and CKCC have been cooperating to celebrate “Harvest Moon Festival” since 2014. This year, “Harvest Moon Festival” will be held on 13 September, two days prior to the real celebration day in both Korea and Japan. Many special performances and activities will be introduced on that day along with many kinds of tasty Korean and Japanese foods. All participants will be able to enjoy Traditional Korean and Japanese performances, Tales of Harvest Moon Festival, Korean and Japanese traditional rice cakes preparation. After enjoying all performances, all participants must not miss other special offers from our event. They are free to taste Korean and Japanese rice cakes and experience traditional outfits.

We will make some bigger changes from previous years, by introducing more popular Japanese and Korean food to all participants. With non-profit purpose, all Korean and Japanese food will be sold at a low price in order to ensure that all participants would be able to taste these foods.

There will be various cultural activities and exhibitions conducted as in the following:

  • Histories of Japanese & Korean Harvest Moon Festival Performance
  • K-Pop & J-Pop and Khmer performances
  • Quiz about Korea & Japan
