The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is now seeking qualified candidates to fill a position of Event Planning Intern as in the following

Position: Event Planning Intern – 2 positions

Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan events or projects
• Classify, arrange, and organize events or projects
• Support the events logistic management
• Support administrative tasks
• Perform other tasks assigned by team leader

Requirements:

• Pursuing year 2 or year 3, or year 4 in bachelor degree
• Good command in using English language, Japanese is a plus
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (MS Words and MS Excel)
• Good at communication, general knowledge, creativity, teamwork, flexible, and problem solving
• High responsibility, good attitude, and strong motivation

 Benefits: On the job training experience, monthly transportation fee USD70.00, and Certificate of Internship.

 Internship period: 4 months

 Working day: From Monday to Friday (can be flexible on Saturday or Sunday based on request)

 Working time: From 7:30am to 11:30am (morning shift) or 1:30pm to 5:30pm (afternoon shift)
