Public Relation and Marketing Coordinator – Full time (1 position) 

The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is now seeking qualified candidates to fill a position of Public Relation and Marketing Coordinator as in the following.

Position: Public Relation and Marketing Coordinator – Full time (1 position) 

Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations & Brand Management
    • Manage media relations, press releases, and public announcements
    • Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across channels
    • Monitor public perception and guide brand development strategies
  • Communication Strategy & Internal Engagement
    • Design and execute strategic communication plans for projects and the organization
    • Facilitate internal communications and community engagement
    • Promote transparent, two-way dialogue among staff and stakeholders
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
    • Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and website
    • Optimize content for platform algorithms and audience preferences
    • Manage paid ads, SEO, and analytics to drive performance
    • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Monday to monitor reach and ROI
  • Website & Channel Oversight
    • Maintain and update service-related websites
    • Ensure consistency and functionality across digital touchpoints
    • Establish and facilitate new digital channels to expand outreach
  • Content Creation & Promotion
    • Produce engaging content: posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, designs, etc.
    • Promote services, programs, and events through compelling storytelling
    • Align content creation with seasonal campaigns and audience needs
  • Event Engagement
    • Support marketing efforts for organizational events
    • Manage promotion materials, design assets, and on-site branding
    • Collect and report on engagement data post-event
  • Reporting, Research, & Insights
    • Analyze digital and campaign performance data
    • Prepare reports on reach, engagement, and outcomes of the campaign
    • Conduct market research to understand audience behaviors and trends

      Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Be creative and understand the PR/marketing mechanisms of advertising
  • Experience with media relations, event coordination, and digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences (e.g., youths, professionals, donors)
  • Passion for cultural promotion and public engagement
  • Knowledge of social media, Microsoft Offices, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applications

Duration: 2 years contract

Salary: Between USD 400.00 – USD 550.00 based on qualifications and experiences plus other benefits.

Other Benefits: Based on CJCC Policy (seniority, seasonal allowance, retreats, insurances, health check-up, etc.).
