Registration flow

For new learners ( Kids and Starter Level )

1. Make payment for both tuition and textbook fee by “bank transfer” or “cash at CJCC”

• (Former CJCC students who already have textbook don’t have to pay for textbook)
• (For bank transfer, please fill in student’s name & course name in remarks)

2. Apply for the course from https://shorturl.at/vNzlB

•  You need to upload  “Screenshot of bank transfer” or
•  “Receipt issued by CJCC” in the application process

For upper-level learners (Studied in CJCC before)

1. Make payment for both tuition and textbook fee by “bank transfer” or “cash at CJCC”

• (Former CJCC students who already have textbook don’t have to pay for textbook)
• (For bank transfer, please fill in student’s name & course name in remarks)

You need to upload the docs of the below in application process :

• “Screenshot of bank transfer” or “Receipt issued by CJCC”
• Certificate/Transcripts of previous CJCC Japanese course you joined

For upper-level learners (Never studied in CJCC before)

1. Take PLACEMENT TEST of the course you want to join from this link

Study materials distribution 

1. For Physical class: Textbooks and handout materials will be passed on the first day of each course at the class

2. For Online class: Textbooks and handout materials will be passed at CJCC from 22nd October 2024. Please come to CJCC to pick up.
