Business Training Coordinator – Full Time (1 position)

 

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is now seeking qualified candidates to fill a position of Business Training Coordinator – Full Time (1 position) as in the following.
Position: Business Training Coordinator – Full Time (1 position)
Responsibilities:

 

1. Plan and Coordinate business training courses and customized course:
・Communicating with trainers and deputy manager/ manager to determine training needs and objectives.
・Developing and updating curriculum and course materials for various business topics and levels.
・Selecting and applying appropriate training methods and tools (e.g., online platforms, simulations, case studies,  etc.).
・Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of training programs on learners’ skills and performance.
・Providing feedback and guidance to trainers and participants.
・Managing training budgets, schedules, and resources.
・Staying updated on current trends and best practices in business education and training.

2. Networking and PR and Sales support activities:
・Plan and implement PR and sales strategies to reach the set targets.
・Assist with the development and implementation of PR and sales strategies to help other units achieve their
targets.
・Develop new customer base while improving good relationship with existing customers.
・Develop and maintain positive relationships with vocational training institutions, alumni, and other associations  related to SMEs development.
・Maintain and monitor the training platform to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers (Facebook, Telegram, Website and Phone).

3. Alumni, events, and data base:
・Collaboratively plan and coordinate events and activities for alumni, including reunions, certificate awarding
ceremony, networking events, and professional development opportunities with business services and
networking unit.
・Maintain regular communication with alumni to promote engagement and participation in events and activities.
・Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events.
・Develop and implement strategies to increase alumni engagement and participation.
・Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information and event attendance.
・Update member profiles.

4. Others
・Plan and coordinate the customized courses.
・Initiate courses with a proposal to get funded by external entities such as Khmer Enterprise, Skill Development
Funds, etc.
・Work closely with business services and networking units to achieve the team goals.
・Support the Fund Intermediary project.
・Assist in Customer Relation Management (CRM)
・Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:
・University graduates majoring in Business Management and/or Education. ・M-Ed or MBA degree is preferable
・At least two or three-year working experiences at any training or  educational institution
・Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
・Strong motivation, good attitude, and high responsibility
・Be willing to become future trainer at CJCC
・Strong knowledge of English for communication
