The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center is pleased to announce the Promotional Event of the CJCC Accelerator Program (CJAP), 9th Cohort under the theme: “Beyond Pitching: Building Start-ups Ready for Growth and Japan Opportunities”

This inspiring event is designed for pre-seed, seed-stage, and early-stage entrepreneurs who are eager to strengthen their business capabilities, expand their market potential, and explore collaboration and growth opportunities connected to Japan.

As Cambodia’s startup ecosystem continues to grow, entrepreneurs are facing increasing challenges in scaling sustainably, building resilient operations, and creating long-term customer value. This event aims to provide practical knowledge, strategic insights, and valuable networking opportunities to help startups move beyond simply pitching ideas toward building impactful and scalable businesses.

This session will provide practical insights on how founders can transition from being the center of daily operations to building systems, teams, and processes that enable sustainable business growth and scalability. 

• Panel Discussion

The event will also feature a dynamic panel discussion on startup growth, innovation, and Japan opportunities with experienced industry leaders and startup experts, including:

• Mr. Sak Sambath, Managing, Director, Alphadesk Partner, Business & Investment Consulting / JICA Expert 
• Mr. Naoki Senoo, Managing Partner PAGI LLC, also a mentor of CJAP Program 
• Ms. Ry Thany, MD at Norea Angkor Handicraft Co., Ltd 
• Mr. Sok Leap, CEO at Sala Tech 

Moderated by Mr. Sak Sambath, the discussion will explore practical experiences, lessons learned, and strategies for preparing startups for growth and international opportunities.
