CJCC Conducted a Free Training Course on Business Model Canvas

Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center successfully conducted a free training seminar on the topic of “Business Model Canvas” as part of the 34th Generation Entrepreneurship Course on May 15, 2026, at CJCC.

The seminar was presented by H.E. Yon Malimcheng and attracted aspiring entrepreneurs, startup founders, students, and business enthusiasts who were eager to strengthen their understanding of business strategy and innovation.

During the training session, participants were introduced to the Business Model Canvas, a strategic management tool that helps entrepreneurs visualize and analyze how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. The workshop provided practical insights into the nine essential building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key activities, key resources, key partnerships, and cost structures.

The speaker emphasized the importance of understanding customer needs, business operations, and value creation in today’s competitive market environment. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants gained valuable knowledge on how to design and improve sustainable business models for startups and existing businesses alike.

The seminar reflects CJCC’s continued commitment to promoting entrepreneurship development and capacity building among Cambodian youth and business communities by providing accessible and practical learning opportunities.
