The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is pleased to announce the upcoming Networking and Program Launch Event for the Business Development Service (BDS) Mastery Program – Cohort 3, under the theme:
“Building Stronger SMEs through Business Development Services for Sustainable Growth.”
The event will be held on Tuesday, 07 July 2026, at Khmer Enterprise (KE), Phnom Penh, bringing together SME owners, business professionals, consultants, mentors, industry experts, and development partners to explore the future of business consulting and sustainable SME development in Cambodia.
In today's rapidly changing business environment, SMEs are facing increasing challenges driven by digital transformation, technological advancement, shifting customer expectations, and global competition. To remain competitive and sustainable, businesses must go beyond traditional management practices and develop stronger capabilities in business analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Recognizing these emerging needs, CJCC developed the Business Development Service (BDS) Mastery Program, a practical capacity-building initiative designed to equip business professionals, consultants, mentors, and SME service providers with the skills necessary to support business growth and sustainability.
Following the successful completion of Cohort 2, the upcoming networking event will celebrate the achievements of program participants while introducing the next intake of the BDS Mastery Program.

The event will feature an Expert Sharing Session by H.E. Yorn Malimchheng, Vice President of the Chamber of Professional & Micro Enterprises of Cambodia, who will discuss the evolving challenges faced by SMEs and the growing importance of business diagnostics and strategic problem-solving in today's business environment.
A dynamic Panel Discussion on “The Role of Business Consultants in Today's Business Environment in an AI-Driven Era” will bring together experienced professionals to explore how business consultants can create meaningful impact beyond traditional advisory services. The discussion will emphasize the importance of critical thinking, business fundamentals, and consulting skills while examining how AI can complement business analysis and decision-making.
