On March 24, 2026, the Cambodia‑Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) proudly awarded certificates to 14 participants who successfully completed the 33rd generation of its Entrepreneurship Course.

Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) conducted a KAIZEN training program titled “Management KAIZEN: Principles and Practices” from 15 to 19 December 2025, as part of a JICA-supported initiative aimed at improving productivity and promoting reform in Bhutanese state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) successfully hosted the Job Fair 2025 on August 22 (Fri) and 23 (Sat), 2025. Responding to strong requests from participating companies and organizations, the event was expanded from one day to two days. A total of 45 exhibitors joined, including 16 Japanese companies, 24 Cambodian companies, and 5 international and public organizations.
The intensive course has been conducted to provide practical skills, knowledge, and know-how as well as to improve business management capabilities of business owners and mid-to-senior management staff to reach a higher level. Currently, we are providing many courses, including strategic management, marketing, human resource management and operation management and so on.
The training is lectured by JICA Experts who have many experiences in business, training and consultation. In addition, professional staff in CJCC and other seasoned external experts provide training as well.
One of the characteristics of CJCC’s intensive training is that we provide practical learning opportunities for participants in an interactive manner with case studies, exercise, group works and discussions. After participating in the CJCC’s intensive training, participants can apply what they have learned from the next day in their business. We usually offer intensive training with the curriculum of 10-15 hours, which allows the participants to learn the subjects substantially to become a professional business person.
