Applicants can purchase and submit the application form in Phnom Penh site (CJCC) and Siem Reap site (Panhasastra University).

Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) orientation is conducted to guide new applicants, who have no experience in taking the JLPT test before, to know the process of taking the test. The orientation sessions are in the second week of June before the test in July and the third week of November before the test in December.
